On monica-badea.ro we stick to the bare essentials: only the cookies without which the site would not run properly. You will find no advertising or activity-tracking cookies here — and were that ever to change, we would ask for your permission first.

What a cookie actually is

Behind the word sits a tiny file that your browser holds on to. Its job is to help the page work the way it should and, when you choose to allow it, to give us a rough sense of how many visitors stop by.

The categories you may come across

• Strictly necessary — without them the site and its security mechanisms would not work; one example is the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam filter on the contact form. We do not ask for consent here, since these are indispensable.
• Preference — they remember your choices, such as the language you prefer to browse in.
• Statistics (your call) — these come into play only if you agree, and they help us understand how the site is being used.

You stay in control

Your browser gives you every lever you need: from there you can review, block or delete cookies as you see fit. Do keep in mind, though, that turning some of them off may stop certain parts of the site from working as smoothly.
